How do I book a course?
Go to the Apply page and choose your course.
Do I have to pay?
Our core courses are free. More intensive training may have a charge, usually not from us directly.
Will I get a certificate?
Yes. You get a certificate of attendance or completion once you have attended and completed your assignments.
Do I need to attend every session?
You need 85% attendance. Tell us in advance if you cannot make a session and we will rearrange it.
Will I be assessed?
Yes, you will submit evidence of your learning.
How do I start?
After choosing a course you get emails telling you how to join the training group. Download the Telegram app for updates and resources, and the video call app we send you to join sessions. We can help with both.
How do I cancel?
Just contact us and we will cancel your booking.
Can I defer my training?
Yes, with a reason. We cannot guarantee a place once you defer.
